Abstract:
To provide a low cost inkjet head structure capable of precisely attaching the inkjet head to a head holding member without the need for an intermediate holding member.
In the inkjet head structure wherein the plurality of inkjet heads 10 each consisting of a piezoelectric substrate 1 having a plurality of ink chambers 4 and a cover member 2 bonded to the piezoelectric substrate 1 so as to cover each of the ink chambers 4 are attached to the head holding member, a stepped section 11 is provided on the periphery section of the inkjet head 10 where the ink chambers 4 are not formed and the stepped section 11 is adapted to be a reference face for bonding the inkjet head 10 to the head holding member.
