Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of ink from a thru-hole formed in a substrate, and enable a size of a manifold member to increase, without allowing an increase in a production man-hour.SOLUTION: An inkjet head includes: an ink chamber forming member 1 on one surface 1b of which an ink flow port 11b of an ink chamber 11 and an individual electrode 12 to be applied with a voltage are arranged; a substrate 3 that is joined to the one surface 1b of the ink chamber forming member 1, and has a first thru-hole 31 and a second thru-hole 32 arranged in a joining zone 30a of the ink chamber forming member 1; and a manifold member 4 that is joined to a surface 3b of the substrate 3, the surface opposite to the ink chamber forming member 1 side and supplies the ink chamber 11 with ink via the substrate 3. Further, a first wiring 33 to be electrically connected the individual electrode 12 is led through the first thru-hole 31 and drawn out to the surface 3b, then led through the second thru-hole 32 and re-drawn out to a surface 3a. Further, the second thru-hole 32 has an opening portion on the surface 3b extended to the inside of the manifold member 4 and an opening portion on the surface 3a is closed by the ink chamber forming member 1.
