Title:
INKJET RECORDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RECORDING ITS DOT PATTERN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007038662
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an inkjet recording apparatus capable of easily grasping the inclination of a printing head and a method for recording its dot pattern without bringing about an increase in image data and complication of control of driving.
A first pattern is formed by driving a nozzle on the upstream side of a recording medium among nozzle rows. The recording medium is fed to a position where this pattern faces opposite to a nozzle on the downstream side. A second dot pattern is recorded at a specified interval in the main scanning direction by driving the nozzle on the downstream side. It is possible thereby to record a dot pattern with a good visibility for judging the inclination of the printing head.
