The inkjet recording apparatus includes: the line head where a plurality of ink discharge ports for discharging ink in a direction crossing the conveyance direction of a recording medium are arranged; a first flow path configured to supply the ink from an ink tank to a first discharge port group; and a second flow path configured to supply the ink from the ink tank to a second discharge port group so that the ink supply amount of at least one of the first flow path and the second flow path according to the passing position of the recording medium is controlled.
