Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device, control method, and program, which enable appropriate ink jetting control in accordance with various ink characteristics.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device includes: a container for containing ink; a first detection part for detecting an ink residual amount in the container; a liquid feed part for supplying the container with the ink; energy generation means for jetting the ink; a storage part; and a setup part. The storage part stores correspondence information correlated with drive information, for every plural pieces of temporal information, the information indicating predetermined ink supply time. The setup part sets drive information using the correspondence information in a case where an actual supply time differs from time indicated by temporal information correlated with present drive information, of the plural pieces of temporal information contained in the correspondence information, where the actual supply time indicates the time between the liquid feed part starting ink supply and the first detection part detecting that the ink residual amount is equal to or more than a threshold.
