Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device that has a cleaning system with a porous body capable of reducing damages to the porous body while maintaining performance of a liquid absorption member of removing adhering matters from the porous body.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device controls a liquid holding amount of a porous body included in a liquid absorption member for removing at least part of an aqueous liquid component from an image obtained by inkjet recording while maintaining performance for removing adhering matters from the porous body in a cleaning member having adhesive force of abutting on the porous body to reduce damages to the porous body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
