Abstract:
To suppress irregularities of a vibration amplitude of vibrating plates with bonded piezoelectric elements of different operational characteristics.
At an inkjet head 10, piezoelectric wafers 34A and 34B different in thicknesses of piezoelectric films and electrodes are bonded to the vibrating plates 24A and 24B by bonding layers 28A and 28B of different layer thicknesses. The irregularities of the vibration amplitude of the vibrating plates 24A and 24B are suppressed accordingly.
