To provide an inkjet recording ink capable of simultaneously realizing abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and discharging properties.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording ink includes: water; a reaction initiator or a crosslinking agent, or both; and a chemical compound that reacts with the reaction initiator or the crosslinking agent, or both. The inkjet recording ink includes the reaction initiator or the crosslinking agent or both as a coated body coated with resin. The coated body has a volume average particle diameter of 50-500 nm, and the resin has a weight average molecular weight of 500-5000.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
