An inlet with an IC tag is provided in which the IC tag composed of an IC chip 2 and an antenna layer 3 for operating the IC chip and configured to store print data is disposed on a rear side of an inlet body 1 composed of a paper sheet or a synthetic resin layer film having thermal laser printing aptitude. The inlet with the IC tag includes a printed region 6 in which laser printing of print data in an IC tag memory or all or partial electronic data matching to the data can be performed.
