To enhance a degree of freedom in a device for a fuel pump in an inline type fuel supply device while improving pump performance by efficiently cooling a pump part of a fuel pump and effectively discharging vapor in an annular clearance of a pump case.
A fuel pump P is supported with an annular clearance 9 in a pump case 1. The pump intake passage 38 is opened and arranged in a fuel inflow chamber 6 of the pump case 1. A pump discharge passage 39 is inserted in a fuel discharge passage 8 to be connected therewith. The fuel discharge passage 8 is connected to a fuel injection valve J through a first fuel pipe 13. A second fuel pipe 14 is connected to a regulator fuel inflow passage 55. A regulator fuel control hole 56 is connected to a fuel tank T through a third fuel pipe 15. A fuel inflow chamber 6 is connected to the upper space 7 through the medium of the annular clearance 9, and to the fuel tank T through the medium of a fuel inflow pipe 12. A vapor discharge hole 10 opening to the upper space 7 is connected to the fuel tank T through a fourth fuel pipe 16.
