Abstract:
PURPOSE: To certainly cut off the inner burr of the butt welded part of synthetic resin pipes with high efficiency corresponding to the diameter of the pipes.
CONSTITUTION: In an inner burr removing apparatus for cutting off the inner burr generated when synthetic resin pipes P are subjected to butt welding to be bonded each other, a cutting head 11 is provided to the leading end part of the operation shaft 43 capable of being subjected to revolving operation outside the pipes. This head 11 is constituted of the hydraulic cylinder 13 supported at the leading end part of the shaft 43 in a radius direction, the cutter support 15 attached to the piston rod 14 of the hydraulic cylinder 13 and the cutter holder 16 supported at the leading end part of the cutter support 15 in a freely shakable manner and having a cutter wider than the inner burr.
