Abstract:

To provide an inner cotton from cervicale to a wrist, not only capable of improving shape-keeping properties and beautiful appearance, of the attaching parts of sleeves, but also facilitating the attaching operation thereof to opening edges for attaching the sleeves.

This inner cotton from cervicale to a wrist is produced by subjecting a plane fabric 13A, 13B obtained by plain weaving of warp 11 and weft 12, comprising a filament textured yarn to crimping processing to shrink each of the warp 11 and the weft 12 to form a zigzag state, coating adhesive 14 on one surface of both plane fabrics 13A, 13A subjected to the crimping processing in a dot shape, sticking the fabrics by the adhesive 14 to provide cloth 15 for the inner cotton from the cervicale to the wrist, and cutting the obtained cloth 15 into a prescribed shape. The inner cotton from the cervicale to the wrist has a suitable thickness, stiffness and elasticity, and facilitates an attaching operation thereof to opening edges for attaching sleeves. The inner cotton further provides a swelled feeling to the attaching parts of the sleeves after sewing, and improves a beautiful appearance.
