To improve the mechanical efficiency of an inner gearing planetary gear mechanism and to improve the durability of an external gear 3 and an internal gear 4 by reducing the load and loss added to tooth faces of the external gear 3 and the internal gear 4 and a sliding part such as a bearing 14.
A distance between a center of the external gear 3 and a center of the internal gear 4 is elongated by determining the eccentricity α of an eccentric part 1 to be more than a theoretical value, whereby the loss of the tooth faces of the bearing 14 and the gears can be reduced. An engagement range of the internal gear 4 and the external gear 3 can be narrowed, a part of large pressure angle can be reduced, and the loss caused by the large pressure angle can be reduced. Further the engagement range of the external gear 3 and the internal gear 4 is narrowed, whereby the contact condition of the gear is transferred from sliding contact to rolling contact, which reduces the loss by sliding contact. Further as the sliding contact is reduced, the abrasion by the sliding contact can be prevented, and the endurance service life of the gears can be improved.
