The other inner surface material 4B has the fitting portion 41 that fits with the fitted portion 31 of the inner surface material fixing member 3 on the outside, and a first engaging portion 43 having a projecting piece 43a extending outward at the other end in the pipe circumferential direction and protruding to the one side in the pipe circumferential direction. The first engaged portion 42 of the one inner surface member 4A and the first engaging portion 43 of the other inner surface member 4B are engaged to form a first engagement portion.
