PURPOSE: To operate a valve accurately with a small magnet force by forming a valve which is arranged at center and is a cylindrical hollow body defined by surrounding sleeve shaped rotors.

CONSTITUTION: A circular magnetic coil 2, sleeve shaped rotor 3, cylindrical valve 4 formed as a hollow body, closing element 5 shaped as a ball, are arranged in casing 1. The closing element 5 is arranged between valve seat 6 arranged in valve 4 and operating element 7 combined with rotor 3. The rotor 3 is pressed onto stopper 10 at upper position by a dish spring 8. At this position, the magnet valve opens, and control liquid flows from a lower connecting piece 11 to the upper connecting piece 13 through a penetrating chamber 12.
