Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pipe surface grinding apparatus for a large-diameter steel pipe which may accurately and efficiently remove projections or scratches, such as bead, generated on an inner surface of the large-diameter steel pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided an inner pipe surface grinding apparatus 1 for a large-diameter steel pipe, which is an apparatus for grinding an inner surface of a large-diameter steel pipe P and comprises: main body parts 2, 3 comprising operation part 13 on one end side in a pipe axis direction and moving in the pipe axis direction via a pipe inner section by rotation of rollers 5 formed on the other end side in the pipe axis direction on a steel pipe inner surface; a head support roll 4 which is formed on an upper side of the rollers 5 and capable of supporting the main body parts 2, 3 by pressing a steel pipe from the side of the inner surface to the side of the outer surface; and a grinding part 6 which is formed on the main body part 3 for grinding the steel pipe inner surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
