To prevent the occurrence of meandering and deviation of a belt by effectively cleaning inner pulleys by suspending/around the belt for installing a large number of buckets by/on the upper/lower inner pulleys, and arranging a crushed object scratching-off plate for separating a sticking object of an inner pulley surface on the inside of an inner pulley cover for covering an upper half part of the lower inner pulley.

When grains in a supply hopper are carried in a receiving gutter 7 by a screw conveyor 6, these grains are delivered to a bottom part in a casing 1 of a lift to be lifted and sent by lifting motion of a large number of buckets 4... installed on a flat belt 5. A part of the grains overflowing from the buckets 4 in the middle of being lifted and sent drops in an inner pulley cover 10, and the part enters slight clearance (d) between the inner pulley cover 10 and the inside of the flat belt 5 so that the grains are crushed between a lower inner pulley 3 and the flat belt 5. Then, a crushed object scraping-off plate 14 is arranged inside the inner pulley cover to clean the inner pulley 3 by separating pulverized/deviatively pressed grains stuck to the lower inner pulley 3 by a tip part 15a of the scraping-off part 15.
