Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of increasing in size of an inner rotor type motor by a method of positioning a stator in an axial center direction.SOLUTION: Convex portions 206 are formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of housings 12, 13, a concave portion 121 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a stator 11, and the stator 11 is positioned to the housings 12, 13 by the engagement between the concave portion 121 and the convex portion 206. The stator 11 is configured by bringing an annular insulator 112 having a fitting face 196 into close contact with an iron core end face 193 at one end in the axial center direction of a stator iron core 111. A sensor board 115 is secured to the insulator 112 while the rotational angle of a rotor 14 is allowed to be detected. The concave portion 121 of the stator 11 is configured by forming a cut-out portion 122 at a site 189 which is a part of the outer peripheral surface 197 of the insulator 112 and contains a close contact portion with the iron core end face 193.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
