Title:
INNER SHOES FOR SKI BOOTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0614802
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust wearing performance of a ski boot, by fixing plural separately arranged spacers on the outside of a sock to make them an extensible wall of an inner boot with thickness and compressibility. CONSTITUTION: An inner boot 1 includes an instep part 2 to warp a foot and the upper part warps the lower part of a leg and a high barrel part 3 is attached. The inner boot has no wall and the barrel part 3 uniformly expanded is composed of a sock 4 formed of extensible fabric covered by an extensible sealing up film 6. On the outside of sock 4, members 5 for separated spacers arranged so as to constitute the wall part of thickness (e) of the inner boot 1 with a prescribed compressibility are fixed. Members 5 for spacers are square small flat bar with the width (y) extended in the longitudinal direction of the ankle part-foot part axis. The high barrel part 3 and the instep part 2 are mutually connected by sewing together 7. The rear part 3a of a barrel part 1 faces a non-deformable hard support part, and the front part 3b is constituted of an elastically compressible material. Boot wearing performance is adjusted between the inner surface of the shell of the ski boot and the lower leg part.
