Abstract:
To provide an inner surface bead peeling suppression method which stabilizes shapes of inner surface beads without cutting and collapsing the inner surface beads, and can suppress partial peeling of the inner surface beads.SOLUTION: An inner surface bead peeling suppression method includes the steps of: molding a steel strip into an open tube by multistage molding roll; heating an end face weld part of the open tube by a high frequency induction heating coil; press-bonding the heated end face weld part by squeeze rolling; cooling an impeder by liquified inert gas; generating inert gas at the time of cooling by the liquified inert gas; and spraying the inert gas to the end face weld part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
