Abstract:

To provide a practical inorganic all-solid secondary battery having high density and transverse intensity and no failure such as peeling and crack.

An inorganic all-solid secondary battery is a laminate including: a solid electrolyte layer which is a composite comprising Li1+xAlxGe2-x(PO4)3 (in the formula, x satisfies 0≤x≤1 (hereinafter, represented as "LAGP crystallized glass".)) and a ceramic solid of an inorganic solid electrolyte having lithium ion conductivity; a positive electrode layer which is a composite containing the LAGP crystallized glass and a positive electrode active material; and a negative electrode layer which is a composite containing the LAGP crystallized glass and a negative electrode active material. Each of the solid electrolyte layer, the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer contains 10 mass% or more and 95 mass% or less of the LAGP crystallized glass.
