To provide an inorganic board having excellent back surface performance, namely, having high anti-blocking properties and high water permeation resistance.
A coating material containing a styrene monomer and an alkoxysilyl group-containing monomer is applied to the back surface of a base material 1 to form a water permeation-resistant coating film 2. Another coating material containing the styrene monomer, methyl (meth)acrylate and stearyl methacrylate is applied to the back surface of the water permeation-resistant coating film 2 to form an antiblocking coating film 3. Since the water permeation-resistant coating film 2 and the antiblocking coating film 3 are formed in this order on the back surface of the base material 1, water can be prevented from being immersed in the base material 1 by the water permeation-resistant coating film 2 and the tight adhesion (blocking) when the inorganic board is piled up can be prevented by the antiblocking coating film 3.
