Title:
INORGANIC DECORATIVE LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3898273
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inorganic decorative laminate which is little in development of mold, and free from decrease of adhesion even when used for water surroundings of a bath room or the like by a method wherein a transfer sheet is placed so that a surface having a transfer printing pattern layer comes in contact with a primer resin layer surface of an inorganic base material, and after heating and pressurizing, the transfer base material sheet is separated.
SOLUTION: A transfer sheet 6 is prepared wherein a printing pattern layer 4 composed of 5-100wt.% of extender pigment-containing ink to saturated polyurethane resin is provided to a resin layer 7b surface of a transfer sheet base material 7 in which a polyolefin resin layer 7b is provided onto a surface of tissue paper 7a. Then, the printing pattern layer 4 of the transfer sheet 6 is superimposed by facing a primer resin layer 3 provided onto a surface of an inorganic base material 2. After heating and pressurizing from the surface of the tissue paper 7a of the transfer sheet is separated, and the printing pattern 4 is provided onto the surface of the inorganic base material 2. Further, a surface protective layer 5 is formed on an upper surface of the inorganic base material containing the printing pattern layer 4, and an inorganic decorative laminate 1 is prepared.
