To obtain an inorg. decorative panel having heat resistance and fire resistance, excellent in design effect, usable in devices of a kitchen such as a sink, a gas heater or the like and having good embossed patterns.

In an inorg. decorative panel wherein a base coat layer 3, an ultraviolet curable resin layer 4, a pattern printing layer 5b, an embossed pattern layer 6 and a topcoat layer 7 are successively laminated on the upper layer of an inorg. base material 2 and the pattern printing layer 5 is applied to the ultraviolet curable resin layer 4 to be transferred thereto simultaneously with curing, the pattern printing layer 5b forms pattern regions having at least two kinds of different ultraviolet transmissivities and the embossed pattern layer 6 has embossed patterns corresponding to pattern regions different in ultraviolet transmissivity.
