In an inorg. decorative panel wherein a base coat layer 3, an ionizing radiation curable resin layer 1, a printing pattern layer and a topcoat layer are successively laminated and the pattern printing layer 5 is applied to the ionizing radiation curable resin layer 4 to be transferred thereto simultaneously with curing, the pattern printing layer 5b has an upper embossed surface (surface roughness; 0.2-0.5 μm) and the surface of the topcoat layer 6 has smoothness.
