In an inorg. decorative panel comprising a laminate wherein an adhesive layer 8, a decorative sheet layer 5 and a surface protective layer are successively laminated to the upper surface of a sealer layer 3, the decorative sheet layer 5 comprises a thermoplastic resin film layer 9 having a pattern printing layer 7 and the adhesive layer 8 comprises a reactive hot-melt adhesive 4 and the surface protective layer comprises a transparent biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film.
