Abstract:
To provide a composition for manufacturing inorganic hollow yarns such as cermet being a metal-ceramic composite, oxide-nonoxide composite hollow yarns and poorly sinterable nonoxide hollow yarns through a self-propagating high-temperature reaction.
The composition for manufacturing inorganic hollow yarns includes 45-60 wt.% of a self-propagating high-temperature reactant, 6-17 wt.% of a polymer, 0.1-4 wt.% of a dispersant and the balance of an organic solvent.
