Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an entirely new inorg. material washing apparatus having sufficient washing power and having no fear of bringing about natural disruption.
CONSTITUTION: A chamber 1 is divided into an outside space S1 and an inside space S1 through a tight box 2 and the flow of carrier gas from the outside space S1 to the inside space S2 is formed and an object W to be treated is held between the electrodes 91,92 of a high voltage discharge mechanism 9 and the surface thereof is activated by electric discharge to urge the evaporation of oils and fats attached to the object W to be treated.
