Title:
INORGANIC MOLDED PRODUCT REINFORCED WITH NET-LIKE MOLDING PRODUCT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02243546
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the bending strength of an inorganic material molded product by compounding a net-like method product composed of two or more warps having specific warp flexural degrees, respectively, and a weft having a specified weft flexural degree as a reinforcing material with an inorganic curing material as a matrix.

CONSTITUTION: A doup woven fabric of a warp prepared by entangling a high rigid fiber 1 such as carbon fiber having a warp flexural degree of equation I (Lw is average distance between adjacent warps; Dw is average distance between a wave top 1 of the center line of a weft in a net-like molded product and a line linking adjacent two tops 2) in an amount of <0.08 with a low rigid fiber 2 such as acrylic fiber with a weft 3 having a weft flexural degree of equation II (Lf is average distance between adjacent wefts; Df is average distance between the wave top 1 of the center line of the weft and a line binding with the adjacent top 2) in an amount of <0.03 and having the same quality as the high rigid warp and having opening of 3-50mm is fixed with a thermosetting resin such as an epoxy resin. The net-like molded product is arranged at a position exposed to a tensile stress and an inorganic curing material such as Portland cement is poured into a mold and cured to provide a fiber-reinforced inorganic molded product.
