To provide an inorganic particle-containing resin composition maintaining advantages of containing a binder polymer (suppressing sedimentation, preventing alteration and adjusting a viscosity) while reducing a generation amount of amorphous carbon during pyrolysis of the binder polymer, and to provide an inorganic layer using the composition.
The inorganic particle-containing resin composition comprises at least: (A) an organic compound having a viscosity of 10,000 to 1,000,000 mPa s at 25C and a heating residue of 0 to 1 wt.% at 300C; (B) a binder polymer; and (C) inorganic fine particles. The inorganic layer is obtained by applying and calcining the above inorganic particle-containing resin composition on a substrate to form a layer containing the inorganic fine particles.
