To provide an inorganic plate for coating which has a surface and has no defectively cured part and a method far manufacturing the inorganic plate for coating.
This inorganic plate for coating has recessed parts which are present on the surface of the inorganic plate and filled with either of acrylic resin, urethane resin, acrylicurethane resin or epoxy resin and also a coating of ultraviolet-curable resin formed on the described resin. Consequently, the inorganic plate for coating is free from the defectively cured part of the ultraviolet-curable resin due to the insufficient irradiation of the recessed part during manufacturing and therefore, has a smooth face almost without irregularities of performance. Further, when the coat of the resin packed in the recessed parts-with the surface of the inorganic plate is 20-32 μm thick, there is no problem with the curing of the resin, so that the purpose for which the resin is applied can be achieved. In addition, when the surface of the ultraviolet-curable resin is polished, it is possible to obtain a coated plate with a smoother surface. When the resin packed in the recessed parts is white, it is possible to emit ultraviolet rays positively and uniformly and also eliminate the insufficiently cured part beyond a conventional elimination level.
