Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic reinforced polyester resin composition stably providing a molded article with crimp appearance, having high rigidity (flexure elastic modulus is over 20 GPa), high strength, poor appearance such as floating of an inorganic reinforcement material and no inconsistency.SOLUTION: An inorganic reinforced polyester resin composition containing a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) of 8 to 20 pts.mass, a polyethylene terephthalate resin (B) of 1 to 7 pts.mass, a copolymer polybutylene terephthalate resin (C) of 1 to 12 pts.mass, a copolymer polyethylene terephthalate resin (D) of 5 to 12 pts.mass, a polycarbonate resin (E) of 1 to 6 pts.mass, a glass fiber-based reinforcement material (F) of 50 to 70 pts.mass and a transesterification inhibitor (G) of 0.05 to 2 pts.mass has (1) flexure elastic modulus of over 20 GPa and (2) temperature decrease crystallization temperature (TC2(°C)) by a differential scanning type calorimeter (DSC) satisfying 160°C≤TC2<180°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
