PURPOSE: To obtain the subject new derivative controlling every metabolism processes related with Ca ion and useful for prevention and curing, etc., of various diseases of animals by making dicyclohexylidene-myoinositols to a dial derivative, phosphorating and reducing.
CONSTITUTION: This new inositol derivative is expressed by formula I [A is H, a 1-5C lower alkyl or a monosubstituted phenyl expressed by formula II (B is H, p-methyl, p-amino, m-amino or p-hydroxyl); R is H or a benzoyl; formula III is a free phosphoric acid group or protected with a protective group]. This compound is obtained by selectively acylating 3-position of 1,2:4,5- dicyclohexylidene-myoinositol with N-acyl imidazole in the presence of CsF, benzylating, removing 4,5-cyclohexylidene group in the resultant substance to make a 1,2-diol derivative, introducing two phosphoric acid groups, subjecting to a ketal exchange reaction, phosphorating 1-position and subjecting to a reducing reaction.
