Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease operation steps as much as possible and reduce operation access places when a function and function parameters are sets.
CONSTITUTION: The relation between the kind of recording conditions and the number corresponding to the kind of the recording conditions and the relation between the parameters of respective recording conditions and the numbers corresponding to the parameters are previously stored in a storage means; when the function and function parameters are set, the contents of the storage means are read out to display the kinds of plural recording conditions and the parameters of the respective recording conditions on the display screen of a display device 10 together with the corresponding numbers, and the function and function parameters are set by inputting the numbers corresponding to the function and function parameters through a numeric input means such as a ten-key.
