To eliminate a deletion or erroneous registration of data which is caused by a misoperation of a monitor at beginner's level by showing an executable job item on the screen of a display device according to the level of monitor.
When a monitor at level 1 performs a job, the ID number of the monitor is inputted via a key of an input part. A discrimination device DA retrieves the level 1 via an discrimination table DT, and the retrieved level 1 is inputted to a selection device SA. The device SA selects the job item from a job table ST and shows the selected items on a display device CRT. Therefore, the customer information and a sate monitoring job can be executed by the monitoring items and the execution of other job is impossible. Thus, the job item is shown on a screen according to the level of monitor. As a result, a monitor at beginner's level is unable to register nor change the equipment and therefore, a misoperation which is caused via the key of the input part can be prevented.
