Abstract:
PURPOSE:To generate and manage a document including a space without calculating the coordinate positions of a character row and a block with simple constitution by providing an auxiliary block deleting means, a page dividing means, and an auxiliary block generating means. CONSTITUTION:By substituting and managing an auxiliary block 8 for the space generated by page division 7, it can be provided as continuous information in displaying, and it is not required to store the coordinate position individually, which facilitates and accelerates a processing. Since a page division processing is performed by substituting a series of information similarly as an initial input state by deleting auxiliary block information and page separation information in following page division after page division 7, the page division processing can be simplified. Also, no management by coordinate on the displaying 5 is performed, therefore, it is not necessary to re-calculate the coordinate of all information in editing, and since the displaying from the forefront of a page can be performed only by changing the size of a corresponding block, it is possible to limit the number of times of following page division processings, which realizes fast input.
