PURPOSE: To form a display picture while tracing an input by converting coordinate data into the plotting data in a prescribed format, and forming the display picture based on the plotting data concerned.
CONSTITUTION: In operating terminal equipment 11, a key input device 13, a tablet input display device 15 and an image pickup device 17, which are necessary for the operation of television communication equipment 10, are connected through a display device 19 to a controller 12. By connecting the operating terminal equipment 11 arranged on the desk of himself to the communication controller 12, an operator can easily set the television communication equipment. Further, when the respective elements are turned-on-operated, the key input device 13 outputs a key code allocated to each operating element, and thus the device 13 can communicate with a desired transmission object.
