Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce easily a monolithic IC by connecting in cascade an active LPF, switched capacitor LPF anda switched capacitor BPF.
CONSTITUTION: An RC active LPF A, LPF B and an LPF C are connected successively to the first, intermediate, final stages, respectively. Both the LPF B and the LPF C are formed with switched capacitor circuits which are applied with the Biquad circuit structure, respectively. Thus the effect of the parasitic capacity can be reduced when a monolithic IC is formed. Furthermore, the relative ratio between capacitors is smaller than other types of circuits, so that an IC formation is easily attained.
