A user terminal 10, a repair center device 30, and an acceptance center device 20 are connected through a network 50. The acceptance center device 20 is provided with a breakdown event data base 22 for holding past breakdown events, a component information data base 21 for holding repair prices necessary for the repair of components, and a breakdown processing part 24. At the time of receiving an inquiry for breakdown from the user terminal 10, the breakdown processing part 24 extracts the pertinent breakdown event by referring to the breakdown event data base 22, and specifies the breakdown components, and acquires the repair price by referring to the component information data base, and transmits the information of the breakdown event and the repair price to the user terminal 10. At the time of receiving a repair request from the user terminal, the breakdown processing part 24 transmits it to the repair center device 30, and the repair center device 30 accepts the repair request, and informs the user of the repair guide.
