To realize an inscribed oil pump which is small-sized and little in a pulsation and noise.
In the inscribed oil pump rotor, an inner rotor 10 has Zi external gears, and outer rotors 20 has Zo (=Zi+1) internal gears engaging with the outer gears. The inner rotors 10 and the outer rollers 20 are formed in the helical shape in which each uniform tooth profile continues in the axial direction, respectively. The inner rotor 10 and the outer rotor 20 are placed to be engaged at an end of the axial direction. A rotation angle α of the inner rotor 10's tooth profile and a rotation angle β of the outer rotor 20's tooth profile satisfy the relation where β=α×Zi/Zo (providing that α≠0) as a reference of a tooth profile at the end in the axial direction. The relation is maintained for the whole length in the axial directions of both the rotors 10 and 20.
