An attracting color sheet 2 uses a synthetic resin or a fabric colored in insect pest-attracting color as a material and has a transparent adhesive layer 4 as an outermost layer. In the sheet 2, a substance layer 3 having visible light-reflecting characteristics is provided on the rear surface of the attracting color sheet 2 and the adhesive layer 5 is provided as the outermost layer. The substance layer 3 having visible light-reflecting characteristics is bonded through the adhesive layer 5 in one roll on the peripheral surface of a paper pipe 6 and the substance layer 3 having characteristics highly reflecting visible light is superposed and rolled in which an adhesive layer 5 is interposed and rolled through the adhesive layer 5 around an attractive color sheet 2 on surface side of an insect pest-catching sheet 1 in two or more roll stage and the sheet 1 is formed in a roll-like product superposed and rolled in multiple layers, When spreading the insect pest-catching sheet 1 formed in roll shape in length direction, an adhesive applied on the surface of the substance layer 3 having characteristics highly reflecting visible light is bonded on the surface of the superposed attractive color sheet 2 and the adhesive layer 4 is formed on the surface of the attractive color sheet 2.
