Abstract:
To provide an insecticidal liquid suitable for heat transpiration for a long period.
This insecticidal liquid is used for a heat transpiratory insecticidal method wherein a liquid absorbing wick 3 is partly immersed in an insecticidal liquid 1 so as to absorb the liquid and the absorbed liquid 1 is transpirated by heating the non-immersed portion of the wick. In this case, the insecticidal active ingredient lies dissolved in a 16-20C normal paraffin combined with 10-15C isoparaffin-based and/or naphthene-based hydrocarbon(s).
