Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig enabling an operator to fit an insert to a formwork when embedding the insert in a concrete structure without adjusting screwing amount of the fitting jig into the insert.SOLUTION: An insert 12 is fit to a formwork 13 through a fitting jig 11 when being embedded into concrete. The fitting jig 11 comprises: a male screw part 20 on one end side to be screwed into a female screw hole 15 of the insert 12; a crimp part 21 on the other end side to be press-fit in a mounting hole 18 of the formwork 13; and a hexagonal part 24 that is formed as a head part on the tip on the other end side. The crimp part 21 is divided into a crimp 21a group with multiple shafts. The crimp 21a protruding from the formwork 13 after press fitting of the crimp part into the mounting hole 18 is locked on an inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 18. The crimps 21a disposed in the mounting hole 18 resist pulling out toward the insert 12 by pressure bonding to an inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
