CONSTITUTION: An insert 10 for foam molding having a raw material injection hole 11 formed thereto at a predetermined position and having the raw material injection nozzle fitting groove part 12 composed of the annular groove formed to the outer peripheral surface of the raw material injection hole so as to surround the hole is set to a mold while the annular protruding part 42 surrounding the raw material emitting orifice 41 of a raw material injection nozzle 40 is formed to the tip of the nozzle 40 to be fitted to the raw material injection nozzle fitting groove part. In this state, a liquid foamable raw material is injected into the part on the single side of the insert through the raw material injection hole to be foamed to integrate the obtained foam with the insert for foam molding.
