To provide a plug-type insert holder whose plug part can be easily manipulated for removal.

The insert holder 10 is equipped with the plug part 11 to be fitted to the opening side of an insert 6 and a protrusion part 20 jutting out of a setting face 12 of the plug part 11. The plug part 11 can be molded to be of a hollow shape opened on the opposite side to the protrusion part 20, so that the diameter of the protrusion part 20 extending from the setting face 12 can be reduced. The insert 6 can be set in place by inserting the protrusion part 20 into a setting hole previously formed in a frame and the diameter of the setting hole has only to be small. An operating part 30 for removing the plug part 11 is provided on the setting face 12, so that the plug part 11 can be removed by the operating part 30 exposed on the surface of a concrete after releasing moldings from the frame. Thus, it is easy to operate this insert holder 10 and possible to certainly remove it in a short time.
