Abstract:
To facilitate removal of a form, and easily attach an insert instrument to the form.
A screw part 8a formed on one end of a holding tool 8 is screwed to the screw hole 7a of an insert body 7, and the screw part 8b of the other end of the holding tool 8 is screwed to the screw hole 9a of a form 9. After concrete placed inside the form 9 is hardened, a notch part 8f formed on the reverse end side of the screw part 8b of the holding tool 8 is broken to peel off the form 9 from a concrete structure 5.
