Abstract:
To provide an insert member capable of evacuating the air trapped by press-fitting a head of the insert member into a fitting part of the insert member using a simple structure.
An air vent groove 12 for venting the air trapped by press-fitting the head 3 of the insert member into the fitting part of the insert member is formed in a side surface of the head 3 of the insert member, or communicated with an upper surface of a flange part 10 from the side surface of the head 3 of the insert member by cutting or striking a die having a projecting bar for grooving against a stock head of the insert member.
