Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion aid for a gastric fistula tube, the aid that can be operated easily.SOLUTION: An insertion aid 1 is provided for inserting a gastric fistula tube with a tube body 51 and a bowl-shaped stomach internal fixation into the fistula. The insertion aid includes a locking part capable of locking the stomach internal fixation, a hard cylindrical member, a handle part 4 extended downward, and a holding groove for holding the tube body 51. The cylindrical member can insert a guide wire G to be kept in the gastric fistula along an axial direction. The handle part 4 has: a placing part 43 with the tube body 51 held by the holding groove placed therein; a guide passage P provided in the inside of the handle part 4, coming in communication with the rear end of the cylindrical member, having at least a portion extending in the direction intersecting with a perpendicular plane including the axial direction of the cylindrical member, and capable of inserting the guide wire G; and an outlet port 42 provided in a backside of the handle part 4 coming in communication with the guide passage, and deriving the guide wire G out of the position having a predetermined interval from the tube body 51 placed in the placing part 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
