Abstract:
To improve the processing quality of a workpiece by performing bending processing using a die integrally molded with an ear part.SOLUTION: An insertion die device 6 comprises: an insertion die 17 which can be freely attached to/detached from a spacer die 16 attached to an upper holder 32 so as to be located between a plurality of upper dies 13 and performs bending processing to a workpiece W together with the plurality of upper dies 13 in a state of being attached to the spacer die 16; and a die movement mechanism 60 which moves the insertion die 17 between the attachment position where the insertion die 17 is attached to the spacer die 16 and the retreat position where the insertion die 17 is separated from the spacer die 16. The plurality of upper dies 13 include ear dies 15 integrally molded with ear parts 15d protruding to the lateral side on left and right ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
