Abstract:
To provide an insertion part of a flexible endoscope for which the insertion arrangement of built-in elements is easily assembled even when a multi-lumen tube is long and which can be made disposable as well in terms of costs, and its manufacturing method.
When forming the multi-lumen tube 10 by extrusion molding, the built-in elements 19, 20, 22 and 23 are arranged at the positions of through-holes 14 and 15 beforehand, and the built-in elements 19, 20, 22 and 23 are arranged inside the through-holes 14 and 15 simultaneously with the formation of the multi-lumen tube 10.
